1. ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮೊತ್ತ : ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ₹2,000 ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು. Registration Amount : At the time of registration, every participant must pay ₹2,000 per person as the registration amount.
2. ಉಳಿದ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಪಾವತಿ : ಒಟ್ಟು ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಶುಲ್ಕವು ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ₹8,850 ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ₹2,000 ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮೊತ್ತವು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಉಳಿದ ಮೊತ್ತವು ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ₹6,850 ಮಾತ್ರವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. Balance Payment: The total tour fee is ₹8,850 per person, including the ₹2,000 registration amount already paid. Therefore, the remaining balance will be only ₹6,850 per person.
3. ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಉಳಿದ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಪಾವತಿ: ಆಯೋಜಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಂತಿಮ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ನೀಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಳಿದ ₹6,850 ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು. Confirmation & Balance Payment: The remaining ₹6,500 must be paid only after the organizers contact the participant and provide confirmation regarding the tour.
4. ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗದ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮೊತ್ತ: ನೋಂದಣಿ ದೃಢೀಕರಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ₹2,000 ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. Non-Refundable Registration: The ₹2,000 registration amount is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once the registration is confirmed.
5. ಶಿಖರ್ಜೀ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ: ಶಿಖರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಆಯೋಜಕರು ಅಂತಿಮಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 11 ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್‌ನಿಂದ 13 ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್‌ವರೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. Shikharji Program: The official program at Shikharji will be conducted from 11 December to 13 December as per the schedule finalized by the organizers.
6. ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ವಂದನೆ: ಈ ಪ್ರವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಖರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಹಾಡ್ ವಂದನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವೂ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಆಯೋಜಕರು ನೀಡುವ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು, ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು. Pahad Vandana: The tour will include Pahad Vandana at Shikharji. Participants are expected to follow the instructions, schedule and guidelines provided by the organizers.
7. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ: ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ತಪ್ಪಾದ ಅಥವಾ ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ, ವಸತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಂದರೆ ಉಂಟಾದರೆ ಅದರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರದ್ದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. Participant Responsibility: Participants must provide correct personal information at the time of registration. Any incorrect or incomplete information may affect travel, accommodation or other arrangements.
8. ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ನಡವಳಿಕೆ: ಪ್ರಯಾಣ, ವಸತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಆಯೋಜಕ ತಂಡದ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು. Discipline & Conduct: All participants must maintain discipline and follow the instructions of the organizing team throughout the journey, accommodation and religious programs.
9. ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ: ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಗಳ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಕರು ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ, ಸಮಯ, ಸಾರಿಗೆ, ವಸತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಸಮಂಜಸವಾದ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. Schedule Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, timings, transportation, accommodation or program schedule due to unavoidable circumstances or operational requirements.
10. ರದ್ದತಿ: ನೋಂದಣಿಯ ನಂತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ₹2,000 ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಉಳಿದ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅದು ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವ ರದ್ದತಿ ನೀತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಉಂಟಾದ ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ. Cancellation: In case a participant cancels their participation after registration, the ₹2,000 registration amount will not be refunded. Refunds, if any, for the remaining amount will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy and expenses already incurred.
11. ಅಂತಿಮ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ: ನೋಂದಣಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಕ ತಂಡದ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಿಮ ದೃಢೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟದ್ದೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. Final Confirmation: Registration will be considered subject to verification and confirmation by the organizing team.

1. By registering, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the above rules and terms. ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಮೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಓದಿ, ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಹಾಗೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ದೃಢೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
